Sustainable and efficient food supply chain has become an essential component of one’s life. The model proposed in this paper is deeply linked to people's quality of life as a result of which there is a large incentive to fulfil customer demands through it. This proposed model can enhance food quality by making the best possible food quality accessible to customers, construct a sustainable logistics system considering its environmental impact and ensure the customer demand to be fulfilled as fast as possible. In this paper, an extended model is examined that builds a unified planning problem for efficient food logistics operations where four important objectives are viewed: minimising the total expense of the system, maximising the average food quality along with the minimisation of the amount of CO2 emissions in transportation along with production and total weighted delivery lead time minimisation. A four objective mixed integer linear programming model for intelligent food logistics system is developed in the paper. The optimisation of the formulated mathematical model is proposed using a modified multi-objective particle swarm optimisation algorithm with multiple social structures: MO-GLNPSO (Multi-Objective Global Local Near-Neighbour Particle Swarm Optimisation). Computational results of a case study on a given dataset as well as on multiple small, medium and large-scale datasets followed by sensitivity analysis show the potency and effectiveness of the introduced method. Lastly, there has been a scope for future study displayed which would lead to the further progress of these types of models.  相似文献

The reinforcement learning (RL) is being used for scheduling to improve the adaptability and flexibility of an automated production line. However, the existing methods only consider processing time certain and known and ignore production line layouts and transfer unit, such as robots. This paper introduces deep RL to schedule an automated production line, avoiding manually extracted features and overcoming the lack of structured data sets. Firstly, we present a state modelling method in discrete automated production lines, which is suitable for linear, parallel and re-entrant production lines of multiple processing units. Secondly, we propose an intelligent scheduling algorithm based on deep RL for scheduling automated production lines. The algorithm establishes a discrete-event simulation environment for deep RL, solving the confliction of advancing transferring time and the most recent event time. Finally, we apply the intelligent scheduling algorithm into scheduling linear, parallel and re-entrant automated production lines. The experiment shows that our scheduling strategy can achieve competitive performance to the heuristic scheduling methods and maintains stable convergence and robustness under processing time randomness.  相似文献

为提高织物表面微滴喷射打印导电线路的成形质量,针对导电线路喷射打印过程中线路沉积形貌的起始端凸起现象,利用高速相机对线路成形过程进行采集,研究微滴间融合振荡过程中左右接触角的动态变化,微滴与线路融合以及液体向线路起始端的输送过程,提出线路起始端凸起的消除方案并进行实验。结果表明:在融合振荡过程中,微滴向起始端的振荡趋势始终大于向另一侧的振荡趋势,导致打印线路起始端的织物基板润湿区域不断扩大;微滴与线路接触后,其中一部分液体润湿织物基板拓展线路长度,一部分通过线路以恒定速度输送至起始端,在线路起始端形成凸起;利用抗坏血酸溶液润湿织物表面后,成形线路起始端凸起现象得到消除,整体线路路径均匀,沉积形貌良好。  相似文献

Currently, phosphor-converted LEDs (pc-LEDs) are revolutionizing the industry of plant growth lighting. To meet the requirements of this technology, phosphors with tunable photoluminescence, high thermal stability and luminous intensity are required. Herein, we found that the simple substitution of yttrium for lanthanum in La2MgTiO6:Mn4+ (LMT:Mn4+) system could satisfy above three criteria simultaneously. The photoluminescence properties can be regulated by continuously controlling the chemical composition of La2-xYxMgTiO6:Mn4+ solid solution. The La sites are occupied by Y ions, causing a significant blue shift in the emission spectra which owing to the change of local crystal field strengthen. Meanwhile, the thermal stability and decay lifetimes are also varied due to the variation of local structure and band gap energy. The thermal stability of the material reaches 83.5% at 150 °C, which is better than the reported La2MgTiO6:Mn4+ and Y2MgTiO6:Mn4+ phosphors. The electronic luminescence (EL) of pc-LED devices using La2-xYxMgTiO6:Mn4+ red phosphor is evaluated, which matching the absorption regions of plant pigments well, reflecting the superiority of the studied phosphors in plant growth lighting areas.  相似文献

Today, the utilizations of hydrogen storage systems (HSS), renewable generation units (PV and wind generation) and distributed energy units are increased in the intelligent parking lots (IPL) in order to charge the electric vehicles (EVs) with clean energy sources. In this work, the uncertainties of upstream grid price, the demand of IPL, wind speed, solar irradiation and temperature are modeled via scenario approach based on stochastic programing. Furthermore, the downside risk constraints method (DRCM) is applied to consider risk related to uncertainties to get risk-involved stochastic performance of hydrogen storage based intelligent parking lots of electric vehicles. The proposed risk-based formulation is modeled using mixed-integer linear programming (MIP) which is implemented under GAMS software and solved via CPLEX solver. Two cases namely risk-averse and risk-neutral strategies are studied and compared to show the effects of DRCM implementation. The obtained results demonstrate the expected performance cost (EPC) of IPL is slowly raised while risk-in-cost (RIC) is significantly reduced due to model of risk related to uncertainties.  相似文献

This study investigates the impact of lighting colors on subjective judgments of fabric: in particular, whether the influence of lighting varies depending on fabric types and color combinations. We conducted two visual assessments. In Study 1 (N = 44), eight illuminants and six types of fabric were presented as cloth stimuli. Derived from the literature review, four sets of adjectives (humble-luxurious, cool-warm, old-new, and not preferred-preferred) were used as metrics. In Study 2 (N = 41), five sets of fabric color combination swatches were assessed under lighting conditions that were identical to those of Study 1. Three bipolar scales (ordinary-characterful, classic-modern, and soft-rigid), were employed from factor analysis along with three unipolar scales (luxurious, preferred, harmonious with lighting). The results showed that hue characteristics of lighting and cloth types influenced participants' perceptions of the fabric. Overall, white lighting with 4000 K was the most preferred and luxurious lighting across various types of clothes, while a pinkish white with 4700 K (duv = −0.0127) was the best matched in every color combination. In addition, there were interaction effects between lighting colors, clothes types, and fabric color combinations with regard to each of the perceptual qualities. This study provides empirical evidence for optimally match lighting colors with fabric in the presentation of fabric goods.  相似文献
